Blaze&Bloom Return Policy


At Blaze&Bloom, we’re dedicated to ensuring you love our products as much as we love creating them! As a small business, we value every purchase and aim to provide the best possible experience. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return options below.


 Return Policy Details:


1. Exchanges: If your item isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange for another scent or product of equal value. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase and items should be unused and in their original packaging.


2. Replacements: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please include a photo of the damage or defect to help us process your request quickly.


3. Store Credit: If you , we can issue store credit for the returned product amount, allowing you to choose something else from our shop at your convenience.


4. Refunds: Refunds are considered only when an exchange or replacement isn’t possible. Refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of approval. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.


 How to Start a Return:

To initiate an exchange, replacement, or return, please contact our Customer Support team at customercare@blazeandwhipz.com. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return label if necessary.
